Cancellation & Return

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Once your order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

• To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• If the order is already shipped, please follow our return process.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Personalized or customized products
• Gift cards
• Items on sale or clearance
• Opened or used stationery, art supplies, or tiffin & bottles (for hygiene reasons)

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Share your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will review and approve your request.
• Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For other reasons, return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
• Please use our recommended shipping partner for a smooth return process.

6. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
